Lucius Appuleius Saturninus was a populist Roman politician and tribune of the plebs in the late 2nd century BCE, known for his radical reforms and alliance with Gaius Marius. His political career ended violently in 100 BCE when he and his followers were killed after being declared enemies of the state.
